htmlify is a PERL script written to convert text files to HTML. It can correctly find paragraph divisions (most of the time), add <P> and </P> tags, add non-breaking spaces after the end of sentences, convert lines consisting solely of hyphens to HTML horizontal rule tags (<HR>), and add a title, and wrap the whole document in essential HTML tags.
