The purpose of this web site is to expose the hypocrisy of Black Rock City, LLC's registration of the "Burning Man" trademark and of its recent use of that trademark to censor listings on eBay.

Black Rock City, LLC continues to file VeRO requests on eBay to block auctions. This time they killed an auction that was actually running with the title "Fire Fairy Wings - Great for Burning Man(SM)*." The listing later went on to say "* Burning Man is a registered trademark of Black Rock City, LLC."
