taken at a free event while the campus was still a free-zone, squatted by Iwan Wijono and other friends. This place was abandoned by the Yogya Art Institiute and squatted after the economic reformation in 1998. At first, it was almost fully occupied by artists, but when core members left, the local community began to ransack the building for its valuable building materials, adding to its increasing disrepair. Now, in 2008 the site has been turned into the Yogya National Museum, charges an entry fee and hosts artists in residence.
